Become a Qualified Self-Defence Instructor

This intensive seven-day course is designed to turn you into a fully trained self-defence and personal safety instructor. With over sixty hours of professional instructor training, you could be running your own classes within weeks and working towards a full-time income.

You will receive a full textbook, all learning materials and full tutor support throughout the programme. Training includes:

  • Body language

  • Verbal commands

  • Conflict resolution

  • Close Quarter Combat skills

  • Pressure points

  • Weapon awareness and defence

  • Teaching a class

  • Children’s classes

  • Legal responsibilities

  • Health and safety

The course takes place in Bamburgh and Lucker village, Northumberland, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Everything is included in the cost, including training, certification, three meals per day, luxury accommodation and spa access with gym, sauna, swimming pool and steam room.

This course is aimed at individuals interested in security and self-defence, existing martial arts students, past clients and those with at least six months’ experience in a combat sport. All applicants must be over 18 years old.
