Intensive Training in an Inspiring Setting

This is not a standard fitness retreat. It is a focused, enjoyable and challenging self-defence experience designed to give you real, practical skills that could one day protect your life.

Across two and a half days, you will learn a battle-tested self-defence system that prepares you for realistic situations. Training includes understanding the law and self-defence, situational awareness, home safety, weapon awareness and defence, striking skills, control and restraint techniques, de-escalation and power talking skills, and handling multiple attackers. Every session is practical, hands-on and professionally coached.

The bootcamp takes place in the beautiful locations of Lucker village and Bamburgh, surrounded by beaches, historic sites and stunning scenery. Daily transport is provided to the training facility and beach for outdoor sessions, giving you a varied and energising experience throughout the weekend.

No experience is required. Whether you are a complete beginner or have previous training, you will be supported and challenged at the right level.

All-Inclusive Experience with Luxury Comfort

Your focus should be on training and growth, so we take care of everything else. The bootcamp is fully inclusive, covering all training, accommodation, three meals per day and luxury spa access.

You will stay in a luxury Shepherd’s Hut or suite, with hot tub options available for added comfort. Meals are provided at the award-winning Apple Inn, giving you quality food to fuel your training and recovery. The combination of hard work and proper rest creates the perfect balance between intensity and relaxation.

This is more than a course. It is an unforgettable experience where you build confidence, improve fitness and push your limits in a supportive environment. You will leave stronger, mentally sharper and more aware than when you arrived.

The cost is £1,100 without accommodation and food, or £1,720 fully inclusive. A 50 percent deposit secures your place, with the remaining balance payable the week before the event.
